Shipping Coverage
IGNIZZ currently delivers orders across India.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on prepaid orders across India.

Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. A ₹50 COD charge applies to COD orders.

To confirm a COD order, a small advance payment may be collected online. The remaining order amount will be payable at the time of delivery. The complete payment breakdown will be shown to the customer before proceeding to checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided through the available contact details.

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
